KICK Carrageenan Micro-T Tablet - 1 Piece

KICK Carrageenan™ Micro-T is a boil kettle flocculent based on very pure carageenan. KICK is more powerful than generic Irish Moss and correctly sized so that each tablet will treat 5 gallons of wort. The active ingredient, Kappa Carrageenan, is a high molecular weight polysaccharide derived from red seaweed. When added near the end of the boil, kappa carrageenan binds to haze-forming proteins and other small particles and flocculates rapidly, resulting in improved wort and beer clarity.
