Kolsch Beer Kit

Kolsch is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking ale. It has a straw- yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter & uses pale malts & a small amount of wheat. 

Conforms to the BJCP Style Guidelines and include all the ingredients with proven recipes to produce prize-winning brews. Each kit makes 5 gallons of beer (approx. 53-12 oz. glasses).
