Specialty malts and adjunct grains for adding character to your recipe, sold by the ounce or the pound. Pick your grain from the dropdown, including Honey and Spelt.

Brewing tip: if you're using a good amount of white wheat, rye, or flaked corn, add Rice Hulls to your mash to help avoid a stuck mash.

How ordering works

• Choose your grain, then ounce or pound, and add the amount you need to your cart.
• Crushed options cost a few cents more. Choose crushed if you don't have your own mill.
• All grain in your order is blended together by default, crushed or not. If you want your grains kept in separate bags by type, tell us when you order.
• All grain sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges, since we can't put grain back into stock once it's weighed or crushed. Please double-check your order.
